Agile CRM interview questions

I am overall disappointed because I had to argue my way into actually getting paid for the "paid trial period." I could forgive that they were basically hounding me to get 20 hours of work done within a 2 day timeframe, constantly change deliverables, and bug me over the weekend to get work done -- if they didnt ignore/argue my invoice for nearly one month! They ignored when I asked on numerous occasions, when can I expect payment? They even said that I had agreed to being paid under thr circumstance that my work was perfect, when all I agreed to was a paid trial run. Their "paid trials" are really just a way to get cheap freelance work without going into any formal agreement. Terribly unprofessional people -- glad I got the gist of that prior to accepting any job.

I attended interview at Agile CRM for the Java Developer. The interview process is worst. They conducted written test as first round, they didnt correct your paper also. I dont know if there is no significant for written test, y they conduct that. After that face to face interview. Interviewer will give you positive feedback in the panel. After coming out HR will give negative feedback
