The interviewer was late to join the call and didn't prepare for the call at all. I understand the situation has changed after the remote work was introduced. However, this person made zero efforts to prepare for a call like this. I lost my interest in the organization after this interview as the person on the other side qas a director which tells a lot about the company culture as whole
