Went through several interviews and from the start no one seemed interested. Like other reviews mention, after a few rounds of interviews they make you take a few tests. These take hours to do. I then waited for 3 weeks before I heard back, all for them to tell me they picked someone else.

I spent about 45 minutes with the VP of Customer Services, then about 30 minutes with the CEO, then about 2 hours taking an aptitude test.
The test was not easy, but it was all logical puzzles, similar to the LSAT. If you enjoy that kind of thing you will do fine.
