Agora Cyber Charter School interview questions

The interview had two parts. You teach a mock lesson while several administrators pretend to be students. The lesson was about 25 minutes . Then I answered their interview questions. I was offered the job on the spot.

It was very laid bad and down to earth. I was interviewed in a group setting and it was more of a conversation than a structured formal interview. This was a time where the interviewers got to understand my personality and how I would respond to adversity and circumstances that required problem solving.
