Complete waste of time. Months to do the interview process. 3 interviews spanning over 3 months in time. On 3rd interview, was supposed to meet with 3 key people including the president of the company. Only 1 person showed up. Nearly a month later they wanted to set up a 4th in person interview. Previous interview questions were more quizzes on how the company I currently worked for did things and solved problems, in essence trying to figure solutions to their own internal problems.
