- 2-hour session around the technical test : pair programming / system design

The overall process was really good, a feedback was always provided the day after an interview.

Interview
They seemed nice enough and up until the end were a bit too eager and responsive, however it was a complete waste of time. Just another reminder that the interview process for developers is broken and completely absurd. Not representative of actual knowledge and experience.
