I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aiya America (Torrance, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
I had a first-round interview at their Torrance office. The interaction felt rushed and lacked engagement—there was minimal eye contact and limited effort to build rapport. The questions focused more on abstract personality traits than on role-specific skills, which made it difficult to assess expectations. The overall tone of the meeting left me uncertain about the company’s approach to candidate experience.

Interview
Three interviews over three weeks with HR, members of the team you intend to join, and a presentation to the upper management. The first interview is just to get a feel of your personality. The second is for the team to decide if you'd be a good fit and understand your skill level. The third is for you to draft a sample of work for them to review.
