Three interviews without any practical excercise (write code or tell what's the behavior of a certain program). 1) First interview: talk about yourself, strenghts and weaknesses, your acadamy career and what do you like most. Then I had to answer to 160 multiple choice questions and 25 logic questions. 2) Second Interview: interview with Business Manager and HR to talk about the work I was asked to do. 3) Third interview with the CEO: I had to talk about my career objective, my technical background, my skills and so on.
