The application process is slow and not very exciting. The interview is more about who you are rather than what skills do you have. It is a quite chaotic and not well organised environment.

Who you are, what exactly Akzo, why do you live exactly where you live, why did you study in that university etc

Interview
They asked me about my background and some question about supply chain. Were two panel interview with different people. A personality test. General a good experience, they were very friendly.
