I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters (Virginia Beach, VA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I responded to a job posting on Monster.com within a few days I was contacted by the HR manager who set clear expectations of their hiring process. It followed by a phone panel screening with 4-5 current employees who asked some canned questions using a basic rubric. The second interview was in person with a 3 person panel of senior management.

Question 1
How would you leverage the Al-Anon tradition for public relations using the idea of attraction versus promotion?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2015
Interview
There was a group of people who interviewed me. They really didn't know what they were doing. These people were unorganized and clueless as to how to even conduct an interview. Three people fought over who was going to ask the questions. And the questions were totally useless, like did you enjoy the ride over? Do you go to the library often? It didn't have anything to do with the job.
