Interview
I was contacted by an outside recruiter a few months a go who set up a phone call interview. The recruiter provided me with a time and date. Upon contacting the HR representative. I found out that the time provided was inaccurate and was scolded by the HR Rep for making such a late call. I was stunned by the lack of understanding and apologized for the miscommunication. The HR Rep went ahead with the interview, but made me feel like he was only doing me a favor. The tone was clear that I was not going to be selected. When the recruiter called to asked me how it went. I expressed that I would not want to work with this company because I felt that I was harshly judged for an error that was not of my own accord. If the first welcome to a company is cold and harsh.,this is not a place to be.
