First of all, don't waste your time with this company. They want you to have A+ cert and 3 plus years experience to only pay you between 12-18/hour. That is garbage. I had previous experience to do their field tech job but they said no you would be on the phones first at the lower end of the pay scale. I was making on the higher end as an intern it helpdesk position somewhere else. First they called me to tell me about the position and to set up an in person interview. I got there and they gave me a personality test which says nothing about the person. Then I talked to the owner and then the manager. The manager acted very cocky and arrogant. He has no formal education and is very proud of it. After the interview I never heard from them. They are very unprofessional. As a start up you can't be too picky about qualifications for the little pay you want to give. And if you want anyone with any networking experience you have to pay them more than 12-18/hour. Save your time and apply to companies that will pay you what your worth.
