First, you apply for the position through the court website and submit your Resume and Cover Letter. Next, you will be contacted by HR if your application received a satisfying/passing score. If you passed, then you are asked to submit a Questionnaire with up to 8 questions, one of which asks you to write an email response to someone asking you to speak with a judge about their denied motion/request. Finally, if you receive another passing score from your Questionnaire, you are asked to interview. 30 minute situational exercise and 30 minute interview.
