I applied online through the website. 3 days later I got an email to do an online video interview - you have 72 hours to complete it. The set up for the video was a question was displayed and you had 30 seconds to think about your answers and 2 minutes to answer. There were about 9 questions. A couple of days after submitting the digital interview, I got a call inviting me to an in person interview, and they sent an email shortly after with the details for the in persons. There were about 20 of us at the in person interviews. You have a little orientation type thing first, then they broke us into groups of 3-4 with an Alaska Airlines manager. An Alaska Airlines representative will ask a question out loud and you then discuss it within your groups. After the group questions, they gave everyone 1 on 1 interview times. After the 1 on 1 we were able to go home. They had told us we'd here from them by the following week. The next day I got a call offering me the position.
