The company has someone conduct a 30 min interview to screen potential candidates for senior scrum master. The interviewer reads a canned list of scenarios for which "there are no wrong answers." The interviewer just writes down the responses and says, "OK" to whatever is said, and that is it. While there may be no wrong answer, there are clearly right answers, and if you don't guess what those are, then you are out. There is no discussion. I was the third candidate submitted by the recruiter that submitted me and the process was the same for all of us. I have subsequently been contacted by multiple recruiters from different firms who have all wanted to submit me for that position. I don't think that this shotgun approach with a canned list of questions is going to result in a good hire.
