Two weeks after submitting an application online, a recruiter from the Company called and offered me an interview. I accepted, and set up an interview for two days after the phone call. I received a confirmation email containing details of where to go and when for the interview. On the morning of the interview, I arrived 30 minutes in advance of my scheduled time to be sure I was ready to go. I showed up in time to see another applicant being escorted by an interviewer from the Alaska terminal to the back office. Her interview lasted about 35 minutes, then it was my turn. I never saw the previous interviewee, but instead was greeted by two interviewers who guided me to my office. They asked me several questions, each asking one at a time and writing down my responses. They briefly informed me of the benefits of working for the company and explained the duties I would be required to perform if I get the job. Upon completion of the interview, they told me I would receive a phone call or email to notify me whether or not I received the position. To my dismay, I never received any further communication. Woe is me.

Interview process was about a week and a half .. I received a email that said they wanted me to attend a group like the following week , they took us in a room and explained more about the job after that they did one on one interviews and if you qualified then you moved on to the next step of the hiring process which is a short / simple test .
