The interview process was excessively lengthy and poorly organized. No feedback (I had five interviews), just generic emails. The whole experience was disappointing and unprofessional, They added another team member without prior notice in one interview. The process gave the impression that the company may not have been seriously intending to hire, making the significant time investment feel unnecessary. Overall, the process suggested a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and effort.
