Interview
Simple and quick - standard questions.
Telephonic interview followed by a second interview with a team leader over a period of 3 weeks.
Great recruitment team, very pleasant and easy to talk to.
The structure of the interview is the following:
- Numerical screening test (just some basic calculations - easier than the competition)
- HR Interview
- Technical interview about options and some brainteasers
- Final interview

Question 1
- Questions about options and greeks. Quite standard, but can be tricky if you are not familiar. They are more 'out of the book questions' than problem solving, if you know the basics well they are extremely easy, otherwise the interviewers don't give much hints or explanations.

1. Math test 2. HR screening, easy pass 3. Technical Round, with 2 traders, hardest part, but still easier than other trading firms 4. one more behavior round
I talked about my salary expectations in the first round but the they didn't tell me that their offered salary was not close to my expectations. They should have told me earlier.
