It was great. We people were called to a huge hall where every candidate had to go through hr filtration who checked the communication ability of the candidate. Then in the second and third round they filtered candidates based on their work abilities.
First round :- Grammar test that had 20 questions
second round :- Group discussion
Third round :-HR interview
This was the interview process followed for campus placement.
Since it is an international company they require employees with strong communication skills
Long process which includes written test, Group discussion, Extempore, and more than one round of interview. HR's are really hard and educative.
