Extensive but effective— multiple candidates/employees have had 3 and 4 stage interviews and assessment exams. While it is a long and arduous process, it tends to be an effective way to identify candidates that fit with the company culture
Had a scheduled interview with the only recruiter the company has. She never showed up. I called the company and spoke with the receptionist. She was messaging with the recruiter who stated she was pulled into an HR meeting and would need to reschedule. This recruiter never bothered to send me an email or call. Foreshadowing of what it may look like to work here. Pass

Interview
The Human Resources team was laid back, thorough and direct about the position I applied for and their current needs. They followed up quickly and were clear about "next steps".
