Interview
Interviewed with the CFO, Gavin Lachman, and CEO, Justin Basini. The interview was very informal and in a relaxed atmosphere. The questions were not very technical, hence the main aim was to identify a person's personality, rather than hard-core skills, which is understandable in my start-up recruiting experience. The total duration was over 1.5 hours. Both of them are very professional in their outlook, and it is guaranteed to deliver a successful business from their experience and skills.

Question 1
Justin's questions are very unconventional in nature. He had one round of quick-fire questions in which I had to pick one word among the set of a pair of words thrown at me. For example, team or individual, phone or email, red or blue, etc. That is basically to know the true nature of an individual, I would suppose. That was very interesting because it measures the correct fit of someone in the culture of the organisation, and something that cannot be prepared in advance.
