Allplants interview questions

Handed in my CV and heard back to be progressed to the next stage and book an interview. I answered and didn't hear back, then a few days later recieved a rejection email! Was so shocked with this behavior and it's completely unprofessional. Do not recommend this company at all, just the lack of transparency is so off-putting.

It was a fairly normal interview experience. About 3/4 rounds, and everyone I spoke to was quite lovely. Really expressed the values of the company and the culture came across like it was really good, even post-pandemic. After the final round, I didn't get an offer and honestly, it was surprising as the feedback I got as to why was pretty irrelevant to whether I could do the job and such a small detail in comparison to the good feedback I'd been given throughout the process but the recruiter was lovely. I understood that that was the decision in the end.
