The interview process with Alpha was somewhat disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, and timelines shifted without notice. At times, it was unclear who was conducting the interviews or what the next steps would be, which made it difficult to feel confident about the process.

How do you balance teaching standards, managing different student needs, handling behavior issues, and communicating with parents—all at the same time?
The admin team called to cancel my first interview slot so last-minute that I had already parked on campus, which was a tough first impression. I did come back for a rescheduled interview and it was fine, although the team still seemed preoccupied. I ended up withdrawing my candidacy.

Interview
I applied online and they contacted me a few days later, and I talked with HR first then the principal of the school. Both of the interviews are process phone screening, and it took average 30 minutes each.
