Over qualified for the role. Showed up early, wrote a cover letter, and took two hours only to get a response: “I’ve hired a more qualified candidate, thank you”. I hope they know what they are getting into! Company seems off and glad I actually did get an offer that I wouldn’t have accepted anyways.
