The interview process started off run of the mill– I was contacted by the HR department and set up a meeting with the CTO. The meeting with the CTO went well and I was given a test and four days to complete it. After completing the test (in three days) and turning it back over to HR Amasa just went silent.
I waited for a response from HR for a few days before reaching out. Still no response. I gave it a few more days and reached out to HR again. Still no response. Finally, I decided that I'm going to just reach out to the CTO (seeing as how he interviewed me). Nothing from him either.
I understand not getting a position, that is fine. But when making a candidate spend hours of their time developing splash pages and web applications for a test they deserve (at the bare minimum) some form of response in return.
