Envié mi currículum para una vacante interesante. Pasé el filtro inicial, me entrevistaron dos veces, realicé pruebas psicotécnicas y dinámicas grupales. Finalmente, recibí feedback positivo y logré ser seleccionado para continuar con el proceso de la contratacion.

Interview
The interview process started off run of the mill– I was contacted by the HR department and set up a meeting with the CTO. The meeting with the CTO went well and I was given a test and four days to complete it. After completing the test (in three days) and turning it back over to HR Amasa just went silent.
I waited for a response from HR for a few days before reaching out. Still no response. I gave it a few more days and reached out to HR again. Still no response. Finally, I decided that I'm going to just reach out to the CTO (seeing as how he interviewed me). Nothing from him either.
I understand not getting a position, that is fine. But when making a candidate spend hours of their time developing splash pages and web applications for a test they deserve (at the bare minimum) some form of response in return.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amasa in Feb 2018

Ich kannte den Arbeitgebern von früher, wir hatten seit lange mitgearbeitet. Die Umgebung war spannend, die Chefs waren freundlich und der Reste des Teams war nett. Ich war nicht nervös.
