Interview
Easy questions on you physical capabilities, hours, health etc. Learning about company policies and environment. I was asked how fast I can learn thinks, I was asked how comfortable I was standing on my feet.
Really was no interview, went to site for drug test and background check and was immediately hired. I haven’t started yet but is hoping for the best. It’s a really really quick process

Interview
Booked a time slot for a job hiring event at a local hotel. The process was very easy. Worst part was waiting in a que for 2 hours because their network was down. In the process center, they check ID, take photo and give badge then ask for a drug test. The flex shopper job was easy to get, however, there was extreme difficulty booking shifts. They 'drop" every few days and are immediately taken. If you cannot hit the keys fast enough, the shifts disappear literally 2 seconds after drop. Overall very disappointed with hiring, but then a disregard that flex workers are left to fend for themselves and are told it is not AMZN responsibility to give you any shifts at all. They send humiliating warning emails that you are not scheduling shifts and will be fired, yet do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except RHETORIC that it is your fault. Disposable humans, only meant for AI data capture :/

Interview
No questions asked we asked upon arrival to the orientation
I completed a drug test and told to take a picture for the ID badge.
Pretty simple. Someone is there to help out.
