2. Phone Interview
It took about 1 hour, was more technical.
3. Interview Panel
It was 5 sessions on site, with 5 different interviewers. Each took about 45 min.

Thorough but not too difficult. Requires planning and expertise in the area you are specifically interviewing for, but looking into concepts and how it relates to program management is an easy way to answer.
