I had 3 interviews and a test. Team lead interview. HR interview, 1 hour computer test - basic math, shapes, english, Director interview. After I passed those there was former employee background check.

Interview
The interview was good, very respectful, and very polite. I enjoyed speaking with the manager, and the energy was also good. The questions were regular, not too dramatic. We spoke a little in English in the end, they wanted to know how's my English.

A phone conversation with a recuiter, home test of cognition, personality and Engkish skills of about two hours, interview with the manager then HR and two recommandations. If they like you it should be about two weeks

Tell me about yourself, try and spread revenue in Excel with some conditions they tell you
IQ test that takes 3 hours or so, followed by 4 interviews with your reporting line as well as human resources.
Everybody along your corporate ladder will interview you. There is a lot of effort put in to seeing if you will fit with your prospective team, division and that you are not necessarily there for a short time.
