Phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a video interview with the office manager. Was offered the same day as video interview. It was a pretty easy process, found that they seem to hire pretty much anyone who was willing to knock doors.
Their team was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I was given an offer letter that clearly stated details, percentages and process. When I had extra questions along the way, they went out of their way to answer everything, pretty impressive stuff.
