Interview
The interview was pretty easy. First there was a 15 minutes presentation of the company and explanation of the process. Then we were divided into a group of 10 people. Each have five minutes to give a brief overview of your background, and explain way do you want to work as a tutor.
Short and to the point the interview to job offer was very quick. I loved how professional it was and how it focused on the future of the kids. I would go through this process again.

The job was part of a work study program at my local college. The interview process was very easy and straight forward. It also progressed relatively quickly. The person handling the interview process was very friendly and informative.
