Over the phone interview, Quick-paced and straight to the point, incredibly friendly, and are very encouraging to say more during the questions process so not to be shy to give them a little more.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself? Employment history, and further questions on the resume, etc.
They took me to a small room, and I was met by the General Manager and Assistant Manager. The interview probably lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I was able to hear back a week after the interview.
Very nice and respectful. Asked me the basic questions like past work experiences and what goals I have for my future. Lasted only about 15 minutes out of the 30 minute time slot that was listed in the scheduled interview.

Interview
Phone interview was very straight forward. The manager called and we discussed my availability and what was expected of the job. The manager sounded as if she was ready to hire me on the spot.
