America's Promise Alliance interview questions

1. Had a phone screen with People and Impact staff member 2. Had a second interview with the VP of Collective Action I did not move forward with the next intervew stages which would have included an assignment and then 2 more interviews. The interviews I had were fine, but it is concerning that a position at this level (more of a middle management type of role) would require so many interviews and an assignment (5 stages). I also think that requiring an assignment is a way for a company to get free labor (not compensating for this).
