Interview
Phone screen, then invited to panel interview with sales manager, sales director, and HR. Laid back interview. They each Took turns asking generic questions off a sheet of paper and writing down your answer. They were nice, but it was a pretty uncomfortable experience. Did not get offered the job because "they are looking for someone with more sales experience." I guess 4+ years of successful sales and account management experience wasn't enough to make cold calls to sell wire harnesses.

Interview
I could not believe they really thought they could find any one with tangible sales experience will to accept a salary in the 20-30k range. when i asked how they quantify the sales bonus program in numbers, It was totally subjective based on what the sales coordinator could over hear as he was always in the sales dept room.
