American Bar Association Manager interview questions

Phone interview asked about skills and qualifications. Friendly and exactly 30 minutes. A week later I received a call to schedule an in person interview. I interviewed with a team of people, supervisor and association members . It was a lot of pressure but the questions were typical. They wanted to know my level of skill.
