The hiring manager called me and set up an interview and tour of the facility. It seemed pretty straight forward, and after a quick drug test, I was hired and asked to start immediately. It didn't seem like much of an interview honestly, it was more like I already had the job and I spent most of my time doing the paperwork for the job.
