First is a phine interview to determine if you are a good candidate, followed by a second phone interview, then a in person interview. I was offered a job about 2 weeks after last interview.

Basic questions, with the goal of determining if you recognize the basics like keep volunteers safe, good accounting practices, and understanding the ACS mission.
very enjoyable. Two person interview. Very relaxed about what the job entails and questions about how I see the role and what I could bring to it. Spoke about culture at the organization and organizational changes.

Extremely slow. It took 2 months before initial contact was made. Then there were 3 interviews: phone, one on one & group interview. After final interview it took a month before being offered the job
