Very friendly interview process done in a timely manner. The first stage was a phone interview to review skills to make sure they matched the position. Following that I had an in person interview followed by a second in person interview with an additional staff member. The overall process took a month, but the organization kept in contact throughout the process. Very open staff and they answered all of the questions I had prepared and cared to know what my interests were outside of the work environment.

The interview was long - it lasted a full hour. The questions were abstract and many of them were situational questions that seemed completely unrelated to the position. Many of the questions were also open-ended, prompting you to give an examples of how you respond to different instances. It was extremely vague and some of the questions were unclear.
