The interview process was in the first round of L1 they asked basic of my introduction , my family background , my internships experiences and asked the basics of python language questions and at the end they asked me why i choose AI & ML as my career and did engineering in this field ? what excites me about that

They asked e my introduction , my family background , sked in which language i am comfortable , asked the questions in that language and at the end they asked me what motivates me to choose AI as an engineering and choosing it as my career.
The interview process consisted of four rounds.
The first round was a screening round where basic details were discussed along with my background, communication skills, and eligibility criteria.
The second round was a technical interview focused on programming fundamentals, basic concepts, and discussion around projects, internships, and hands-on experience.
The third round was a managerial and scenario-based interview, where questions were asked on problem-solving, teamwork, handling deadlines, client scenarios, and understanding of the Associate System Engineer role.
The final round was with senior management/ directors. This round mainly assessed confidence, communication skills, ability to handle foreign clients, situational judgement, and some high-level technical understanding.
Overall, the process was well-structured and transparent, and the interviewers were supportive and professional throughout.

Mid-interview language switching and pressure-based questioning created unnecessary stress, making it difficult to showcase actual problem-solving skills. The focus was more on speed, confidence, and communication rather than understanding the candidate’s technical approach. The overall environment felt intimidating rather than supportive, and the final feedback was generic, stating only to “improve communication and confidence,” without providing any specific or actionable technical guidance.Even though my all rounds went well they haven't gave gkkd response seems like they are not interested in hiring ...
