Easy just answer questions of whether you can handle calls and pressure and you’ve got the job. The only thing to it is you have to be technically savvy to know how to fix issues on your computer alone. You must have your own equipment.

Interview
Basically they had me read a paragraph in front of the interviewers and 6 other applicants. Then we pronounced a list of words. If you can read, you can ace this interview.
