Standard interview processes were conducted. Initial phone interview, then face to face interview with HR and then department heads and then President of the bank. All individuals were pleasant and appeared highly satisfied with their employment with American Federal Savings Bank. Each person went through the entire job description and reviewed my qualifications etc.
