Emailed by a recruiter who had looked at my resume online (indeed.com I’m guessing) and explained that it’s a benefits coordinator position. Really this was a sales rep job.
Process was very quick, about 2 days from start to finish, with a group interview, then a secondary interview the next day. Spent the first day talking about the company and it’s history, growth, etc. Also went over their sales process and how much money you could potentially make and their leads process.
Basically the job is to sit in an office and make as many calls as possible to set up as many appointments as possible so you can make as many sales as possible. 100% commission based, no base pay or benefits, independent contractor type position supposedly given some money to offset licensing and testing, which you will have to pay back but hey, if you’re cool with that and ready to make well over 200 calls a day every day, then go for it.
