First met with a manager for a quick one on one, basically to see if I had a brain I feel. Even if they felt I didn't have one I'm pretty sure I would've been shuffled into the next phase of the interview: Group Presentation. Now you're in a room with 5+ other candidates, arnd you're told that you won't all be hired. You're asked to fill out a questionaire to show what some of your strengths might be. A slide show follows with the manager, mostly highlighting the perks of the company. This obviously is exciting but comes off as very skeptical too.
