I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Institutes for Research (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. First round was a 30 minute conversation with HR, second round was a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manager, third round was a full day of interviews. This included an hour long research presentation (40 minutes of content, 20 minutes of questions), and 30-minute conversations with the rest of the hiring committee. There was a quick response turn-around after each round (24-48 hours). The final round interview was on Thursday, and I was notified on Monday that I would receive an offer. I received the official offer on Tuesday.
