I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Tall in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a great experience. I applied online and soon received an email for the first screening round with HR. After that, I had a virtual interview with the hiring managers. The feedback was prompt, and I was invited for an in-person meeting with the executives. Then came the reference check and finally the offer. The whole process took around 3 weeks. Everyone from HR to the hiring managers and up to the top executives was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the process.

Interview
I had 2 interviews with American Tall in the summer of 2024. Both interviews went well, and as expected. After the second interview, they emailed me and told me that they'd be reaching out the following week for next steps - next week came, no communication was received. Follwed up twice, zero response. Completly ghosted.
If I'm not the right candidate, that's OK, I understand. But at least have the decency and respect for my time - just reply and let me know, especially after telling me you'd contact me "next week" for next steps.
The position I applied for is *still* posted on LinkedIn (it keeps getting reposted for months now). Major red flags. HR practices like this should be called out. In the end, I'm glad I do not work for this company if this is how they treat people and their time.

Question 1
Even though this is for a Senior Management role, can you do "hand-on" technical work if required?

Interview
The initial phone screen was with a recruiter who mainly covered my resume, background, and motivation for the role. The recruiter was friendly, and the questions were standard but engaging. The conversation flowed smoothly and gave me a good overview of the role.
