I found the Company Advertisement on the Local Newspaper and I gave them a quick call and arrange for a Interview. First Open Interview was held at the Company Premises. Questions asked were employment history and education, why you want to work at the company and why you are qualified for the job etc. The Technical Interview which included general questions Then Personal Interview which was a lengthy one.
