Two rounds of Interview Process. Virtual Setup. First round with the HR Generalist and then final round with the VP of Human Resources. Questions were mainly related to recruitment, rest some general questions. They will record the session for their internal purposes but before that they will ask you for the permission. They will also check your communication skills and might ask for future study plans incase you are a graduate student. Having Manfacturing experience is not important but they preferred candidates coming from recruitment consultancy background. Rest study about the latest markets trends , explain them about the job boards that you have used previously , they looking for a candidate you can work under pressure .
