1. The HR team member will host the interview. It's something I think Amulaire does really well.
2. The HR team member then will introduce the related manager of the position you are applying.
3. The manager will ask questions to know more about you capability on doing your professional job, or the soft skill you might have, communicating with other team members for example.
4. And after the last part, the HR member will take control of the interview again. The HR member will ask the manager to leave and discuss your expectation on the salary without any third person.
