Anchor Group (WI) interview questions

The interview process was disjointed at best. There were multiple stages to this process where they will lead you on and then attempt to bait and switch with different positions. Management stares at a computer screen and asks questions that seem like they were Googled before you got there and lacked sustained eye contact for more than a brief moment. Something that is not outright said but is clear is their lack of support for the back-office. They are skilled on the ecommerce side, but then when it comes to how back-office employees would utilize NetSuite, they didn't seem to have a team in place that could "talk that talk". They are looking for an individual who is an entrepreneur however there is a clear lack of solid ground for this individual to stand on.
