I received a call from HR to schedule a phone screening with the engineering manager and the engineer that would become the new hire's supervisor. They mostly asked about my college courses and if I was familiar with certain topics. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview with the three people I had spoken to on the phone. I was asked a couple basic technical questions and some behavioral questions. After this interview I was called and told to come in for a tour. During the tour I was called into the president's office and had a one on one with him where he made sure I was willing to travel to plants. I received an offer within a week of the last visit.
